Children and Youth Announcements

St. James' Parish Old Herring Creeke   Children and Youth Announcements    April 7, 2014 Youth Confirmation Classes -       Next Youth Confirmation class is Monday, April 28th from 7:00pm-8:00pm.  We will be discussing Chapter 7.  The date for confirmation has changed to Sunday, June 15, 2014.  Bishop Eugene T. Sutton will be making a visitation to St. James' and will officiate the Rite of Confirmation for those youth who have completed the Confirmation class.   Youth Fellowship (6th-12th grade) -     Sunday, April 13th from 11:30am - 1:30pm.  We will gather in the parish hall for a meal and to stuff the Easter eggs that we will use on Easter for the egg hunt.     The Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 10am on Easter, after the 9:00am service. Easter Egg Hunt & Flowering of the Cross-     The Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 10am on Easter, after the 9:00am service, in the St. James' churchyard.     We invite all the children, and adults, to bring  flowers to "flower" the cross that will be outside the front door of St. James' church on Easter.    We are always looking for volunteers to help with fellowship and events.  Please contact the Rev.
