Prom Dress Drive
On Saturday, April 13th the young women of the YAC class hosted a successful event, fitting young women from the surrounding community with beautiful prom gowns.  Approximately 200 gowns were collected.  The young women of St. James' and volunteers turned the parish hall into an elegant boutique.  Mary Hoffman gave mini Mary Kay makeovers and provided color samples.  Cathy Tucker bought in her sewing machine and made necessary alterations.

The young women who received gowns truly enjoyed themselves and left with big smiles.  The young women of St. James' and volunteers had a great time, too!  Please check out St. James's Facebook page for photos of the event,
