When: Sunday, May 18th 2014  Who's Invited: Everyone! We will be leaving St. James' Church after the 11:00am service to go to the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in America, located in North East D.C. The monastery has full scale replicas of holy sites found in the Holy Land. For more information on the monastery, please follow the link below: The trip will take place come rain or shine! Transportation: will be by carpool. If you are available to be a driver, please let Dawn+ know how many passengers your vehicle can accommodate. Food: Please bring a bagged lunch as we may not have enough time to grab a bite before our 2:00pm tour. Everyone under the age of 18yrs. must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Donation: Please consider bringing a cash donation for our tour. All donations to the monastery go toward preserving holy sites in the Holy Land. |
