Children and Youth Announcements

St. James' Parish Old Herring Creeke   Children and Youth Announcements    May 8, 2013           Province III Retreat    The middle-school youth would like to give a big THANK YOU to St. James' for covering the balance of the cost not covered by diocesan subsidy for the retreat. The youth truly enjoyed their time with one another and other youth province wide.   The Middle-school youth went to North Bay Adventure Camp on the Chesapeake Bay April 19th-21st, to enjoy activities and fellowship with 13 other Episcopal dioceses in Province III. They enjoyed outdoor team building activities, workshops, worship, and great music.   Financial contributions to our youth programing allows for many youth to share in activities that would otherwise be financially impossible, or cause hardship.  We are always looking for volunteers to help with fellowship and events.  Please contact the Rev.
